How do I start an AI roleplay?

Open the app, pick a scenario or buyer, and tap to start a live voice call. Speak naturally — the AI buyer responds in real time. Make sure microphone access is enabled.

How do I record a real call and get notes?

Use the Ridealong / record option (also available as a home-screen widget). SalesCoach captures the audio and returns structured notes, action items, and a scorecard in minutes.

Why does the app need my microphone?

The microphone powers both AI roleplay and call recording — the core of the app. You can revoke access in your device settings, but those features will stop working.

How is my scorecard calculated?

Each session is graded across discovery, objection handling, closing, and rapport, so you can see strengths, gaps, and your trend over time.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete individual recordings in the app, or email us to request full deletion of your account and associated data.
