Terms of Service

Effective July 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of the SalesCoach app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

SalesCoach provides AI-powered sales roleplay, call recording and note-taking, and coaching feedback. Features rely on third-party AI and may produce imperfect output. SalesCoach is a practice and productivity tool, not professional, legal, or financial advice, and does not guarantee any sales result.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the app for lawful, professional purposes.

Recording responsibility

You are solely responsible for complying with the laws that apply to recording conversations, including obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction before recording a real call.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play and auto-renew until cancelled.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app.

Do not use the app to record or process content unlawfully or without required consent.

Do not upload content that infringes others' rights.

Intellectual property

The app and its content are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

Disclaimers & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination & changes

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
