Delete your account

You can permanently delete your SalesCoach account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — from the app (fastest)

Open SalesCoach and sign in.
Go to Menu → Profile.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Option 2 — by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at carbunebogdan@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my SalesCoach account". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your login and profile, roleplay sessions and scorecards, call recordings and notes, team memberships, and progress data (XP, streaks, drills). All of it is removed from our servers — nothing is retained except records we are legally required to keep (e.g. purchase invoices, which are held by Apple or Google, not by us).

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and are not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings as well. Questions? See our Privacy Policy.
