Two meters, and exactly what they count
Roleplay minutes and call review minutes are counted separately. Here is what each one measures and what a minute costs once the allowance is gone.
A roleplay minute
Connected time on a practice call against an AI buyer. The clock starts when the buyer picks up and stops when you hang up, so a 12 minute cold-call rehearsal costs 12 roleplay minutes. Reading the scorecard afterwards costs nothing.
Plans start at 100 roleplay minutes a month on Solo.
A review minute
The length of a real recorded call you hand over to be transcribed and graded. A 30 minute discovery call costs 30 review minutes whether you upload the recording or record it in the app. Re-reading the transcript later is free.

The rules
- The two meters are separate. Review minutes never eat into roleplay minutes, and unused minutes of one never top up the other.
- Both reset every month on your billing date, on monthly and yearly plans alike.
- From Team up the whole allowance is one pool. Seats are unlimited, so adding a rep costs nothing and everyone draws from the same minutes.
- Every plan stops at its allowance unless you switch overage on in Billing, which lets you keep going at the rate below. It is off until you switch it on, so nothing is ever charged that you did not ask for.
Past your allowance
Rates are per minute in USD, billed in arrears on your next invoice, and they drop as the plan gets bigger. Leave overage off and the plan simply stops at its allowance and waits for the reset, at no charge.

Practice pauses until your minutes reset the following month and nothing is charged, unless you switch overage on in Billing and keep going at your plan's rate, $0.25/min for roleplay and $0.09/min for review on Solo, less on the bigger plans. Overage is off until you switch it on, so you are never billed for a minute you did not authorise.
