SalesCoach vs PitchMonster
Their own tagline, from pitchmonster.io: "AI Sales Role-play With Instant AI Coaching"
What PitchMonster actually is
PitchMonster sells one thing well: per-seat AI roleplay with instant coaching, built around real deal data pulled from Salesforce and Gong. Every license carries the same feature set. Their own pricing page puts it as "your quote covers seats, not feature unlocks," so a 5-seat team and a 500-seat enterprise rollout get the identical product.
SalesCoach takes the opposite shape: seats are free and unlimited from the $99/mo Team plan up, and what you actually buy is a monthly pool of practice and call-review minutes the whole floor draws from. Adding a rep costs nothing, so the bill tracks how much the team practises rather than how many people are on the roster, and every price is published instead of quoted after a demo.
Feature by feature

Who each one is actually for
Both tools are real products. This is the honest split of which problem each one solves better.
Reach for PitchMonster if
- You want one license tier with every feature unlocked, not a features-by-plan ladder.
- You already score calls against MEDDPICC or Value Selling and want that methodology built in.
- Your team lives in Salesforce and Gong and you want roleplays generated straight from real deals.
- You're buying for 5+ seats and prefer an annual per-seat contract over a monthly self-serve plan.
Reach for SalesCoach if
- You want to start practicing today, not after a demo call.
- You want one published price instead of a procurement cycle.
- You want the same product on web and a native mobile app, one subscription.
- You are a rep or a small to mid team, not shopping for an enterprise suite.
