How SalesCoach works
Reps roleplay against an AI buyer, get scored the moment the call ends, and see exactly what to drill next. Managers assign it, the loop runs itself.

Roleplay against AI buyers
Call a buyer who argues back like a real one, not a script reading its lines.

Every call gets scored
Roleplay or real, every call ends with a rubric score and what to fix next.
Practice happens on demand. A rep opens a roleplay and gets a buyer who argues back, no manager needed to play the part.
Every call, roleplay or real, is scored the same way and lands in the rep's queue the same day.
The coach reads the pattern across calls and tells a manager exactly which drill closes the gap.
Reps get better every week, and you can see it
Every roleplay and every real call rolls into the same scorecard, so a rep's trend line is something you can point to, not something they tell you.
New reps used to take two full quarters before I trusted them on a live call. Now I can see exactly which skill is holding someone back, and fix it before their next call instead of after a lost deal.
I used to listen to call recordings on the weekend to figure out what to coach on Monday. SalesCoach hands me the same scorecard the moment the call ends, so coaching happens the same day instead of a week later.
“The AI buyer objects harder than most of the prospects my reps actually talk to. If they can handle it, a real call is the easy part.”
“Ramp time dropped once new reps had somewhere to fail safely before a real call.”
“I stopped guessing why a deal stalled. The scorecard just tells me.”
Practice against buyers who push back
Every AI buyer objects like a real one, so reps rehearse the actual conversation they are about to have, not a generic script.

Any buyer. Any call type. Any objective.

Roleplay a skeptical CFO who thinks the price is too high…
Training objective
- Qualify budget without it sounding like an interrogation
- Handle the “send me something in writing” brush-off
- Get to a real next step before the call ends
- Recover after a rough opening thirty seconds
Call type
- Cold call
- Discovery
- Demo walkthrough
- Renewal and upsell
Review every call instantly
Roleplay or a real recorded call, both come back with a summary, a graded scorecard and a note on what to fix next.

- Outcome, duration and next step pulled from the transcript automatically
- Key moments timestamped, so you can jump straight to them
- Real calls and roleplay land in the same list
- Written the moment the call ends, no manual review needed
Ask it anything about your own numbers
The coach is grounded in a rep's actual calls and scorecards, so the answer to where am I losing deals is pulled from their own history, not a generic sales tip.
- Answers are grounded in the rep's own calls, not generic advice
- Suggests a drill for the specific skill that is lagging
- Full chat history kept per rep
- Same coach available on web, iOS and Android

The AI only grades what it actually knows
Every score is built on the same context a good manager would use: the call itself, your methodology, past scorecards, and whatever you tell it about the deal.
Nothing is graded from a transcript alone. The rubric, the deal's history and your own notes all feed the same call.
Past scorecards carry forward, so a rep's trend line means something the first time you look at it.
Add context per deal or per rep whenever you want. It sharpens the next score, it never overrides the rubric.
Connects to how your team already works
Calendars, automation and raw events, plus the parts of the setup you are entitled to ask hard questions about.
Integrations
Google Calendar
Meeting aware, connected server side so it follows a rep across devices.
Outlook Calendar
Microsoft 365 accounts, the same sync and the same meeting notes.
Zapier
Push a finished call and its scorecard into whatever your team already runs.
Webhooks
An HTTPS endpoint of your own, signed events for calls, scorecards and deals.
Security
Encrypted in transit
Every session runs over HTTPS end to end. Roleplay calls need the browser's microphone permission, and a browser won't grant that over a connection that isn't secure, so the transport has to be encrypted before the product even works. Outbound webhooks carry a second layer on top: each payload is signed with HMAC SHA-256 into an X-SalesCoach-Signature header, built from a secret shown to you once, so your endpoint can confirm a request actually came from us.
Isolated by design
Every table sits behind Postgres row level security scoped to your account, not a shared table you hope stays partitioned. Every request is re-checked server side against Supabase on the way in, not just accepted on the strength of whatever cookie showed up, so a stale or forged session gets sent back to login instead of through. The one key that can bypass those policies, the service role key, never leaves the server, it exists only to mirror a Stripe billing event onto your account. The AI coach plays by the same rule: it reads the signed-in rep's own calls and scorecards through a fixed set of read-only tools, never another rep's data and never another team's.
Built to survive a security review
Billing runs through Stripe, which is the merchant of record, so card numbers never reach our servers at all. We don't sell your data, and deleting an account removes everything tied to it, permanently, from a confirmation in Settings rather than a support ticket. If your security team wants to walk through any of this before you roll SalesCoach out past a pilot, support@salescoach-ai.app gets you a straight answer.
