Plans

Solo, Team, Business and White Label. What each one includes and what a minute costs past it.

SalesCoach prices minutes, not seats. Every plan includes two allowances each month: roleplay minutes for practice calls against an AI buyer, and review minutes for real recorded calls you want transcribed and graded. One subscription covers web and mobile, whichever you buy it on.

PlanPriceRoleplay minutesReview minutes

Business$229/mo or $2,290/yr1,2002,500
White Label$499/mo3,00010,000

Yearly billing is priced at ten months, so a year costs two months less than paying monthly. You still get the full allowance every month either way.

The two meters

A roleplay minute is connected time on a practice call. The clock starts when the AI buyer picks up and stops when you hang up. Reading the scorecard afterwards is free.

A review minute is the length of a real recorded call you hand over to be transcribed and graded. A 30 minute call costs 30 review minutes whether you upload the recording or record it in the app. Re-reading the transcript later is free.

The two are counted separately and never top each other up. Both reset on your billing date each month.

Seats and pooling

Solo is a single account. From Team up, seats are unlimited and free: adding a rep costs nothing, and everyone draws from the same pool of minutes. That is the point of the model, you pay for how much your team practises rather than for how many people are on the roster.

Past your allowance

A plan stops when its minutes run out and waits for the reset, at no charge. You can switch overage on from Billing instead and keep going at your plan's per-minute rate:

PlanRoleplayCall review
Solo$0.25/min$0.09/min
Team$0.18/min$0.07/min
Business$0.12/min$0.05/min
White Label$0.09/min$0.04/min

Overage is off until you switch it on, so nothing is ever charged that you did not authorise. Rates are in USD and billed on your next invoice.

White Label

White Label puts your brand on the app, on web and in the stores, and its unused minutes roll over instead of resetting. It is set up and rolled out with you rather than bought from a page, so it is invoiced directly after a call rather than sold through checkout.

See Managing your subscription for how to actually buy or change one.
