Training paths
A multi-step training program a manager builds and assigns, that a rep works through in order.
A training path is an ordered set of scenarios a manager assembles once and assigns to reps, a structured program rather than a rep picking scenarios on their own.
For managers
From the Paths tab, create a path, give it a name and description, and build it from your buyers and their scenarios. Once it exists, assign it to reps on your team. Each path shows how many reps it's assigned to and what share of them have completed it, and opening a path shows every assigned rep's individual progress.
For reps
If you've been assigned a path, Paths shows what's next: the specific scenario to run, in order. Completing one step unlocks the next. If you haven't been assigned anything yet, the page tells you to check with your manager rather than showing an empty screen.
Who can build paths
Building and assigning paths belongs to whoever administers the workspace: your team's owner if you're on a team, or you yourself if you're not on one. A regular team member sees only their own assigned progress, not the builder. See Roles and permissions for the full breakdown.
