Your first roleplay

Pick a buyer, read the objective, make the call, read your scorecard.

Once onboarding hands you a cast of AI buyers, here's the shortest path to your first graded call.

1. Open Roleplay

The Roleplay tab has two views, Buyers and Scenarios, both searchable. Pick a buyer card to open their profile, or jump straight to a scenario from the Scenarios tab, scenarios flagged as recommended surface first.

2. Read the objective before you dial

Every scenario shows its opening question and, usually, a short brief plus a numbered list of objectives, the specific things this call is testing. Read them first. Knowing what "good" looks like before you start is the point.

3. Pick a difficulty and language

Easy, Medium or Hard, each with a rough close-rate hint so you know what you're walking into. If the scenario has more than one language available, pick one there too.

4. Make the call

This is a live voice call, your microphone, a natural conversation with the AI buyer, not a script you read from. Talk to it the way you'd talk to the real prospect this scenario is modeled on.

5. Read your scorecard

The call ends automatically into a graded scorecard: a letter grade, five skill scores, and a coach note pointing at the one thing to fix next. The transcript is right there too if you want to reread how it actually went.

From here, either re-attempt the same scenario, try a harder difficulty, or drill the specific skill the coach note flagged under Drills.
