Roleplay is a live voice conversation with an AI buyer, not a scripted chat you type into. You talk, it talks back, and it objects the way the persona you picked would actually object.
Buyers and scenarios
The Roleplay tab has two tabs, Buyers (the people) and Scenarios (the specific calls you can run with them), both searchable by name or title. See Buyers and scenarios for how the two relate.
Starting a call
Open a buyer, pick a scenario if they have more than one, set a difficulty (Easy, Medium, Hard) and a language if more than one is available, then start the call. If a buyer has no scenario yet, you can still start a call with them directly.
During the call
The scenario's objectives (its checkpoints) are shown before you start, so you know what the call is testing. It's a real-time voice conversation end to end.
After the call
Every finished roleplay is graded automatically, no waiting on a manager. You land on the scorecard for that call, with a full transcript alongside it. Past attempts against the same buyer are listed on their profile page, so you can see whether a scenario is getting easier for you over time.
