Roles and permissions
Owner versus member, and what a solo account without a team can still do.
SalesCoach's team model has exactly two roles.
Owner
Whoever creates a team is its owner, marked with a crown badge. An owner can:
- See and manage the full roster, including reassigning squads and removing members.
- Create and edit squads.
- Build and assign training paths.
- Create and edit custom scorecards, visible to the whole team.
- See the join code and share it to bring reps on.
Member
Everyone who joins with a code is a member. A member can:
- Practice, get scored, and use the coach, same as anyone.
- See their own squad (read-only) and where their team stands on the leaderboard, instead of the full roster.
- Work through paths assigned to them, without being able to build new ones.
- Use scorecards their owner has published as Team rubrics, without being able to create or edit them.
- Leave the team at any time.
No team
If you're not on a team at all, you're effectively your own admin: you can still build training paths and manage everything under your own account, there's just no roster or squads to manage, because there's no one else on it.
Ownership doesn't transfer from inside the product today, if you need to move it, contact support.
