Asking the AI sales manager

A chat grounded in your own calls and scorecards, not generic sales advice.

The Coach tab is a chat with SalesCoach's AI sales manager. The difference from a general chatbot is what it's grounded in: your own recent calls, your own scorecards, and your own business context, not a canned answer.

Starting a conversation

Open Coach and either type a question or pick one of the starter prompts:

  • "Where am I losing deals?"
  • "What should I practise this week?"
  • "How is my talk ratio trending?"
  • "Score my last call and tell me the one thing to fix"

Answers stream in as they're generated. While the coach is pulling your data, you'll see a short activity chip (for example "Reading your recent calls") so you know it's actually looking something up, not guessing.

Conversation history

Every conversation is saved and listed in the rail on the left (or behind a menu button on mobile widths), titled from your first message. Pick one up later exactly where you left off, or start a new chat any time.

What it can't do

The coach answers questions and points you at what to practice, it doesn't take actions on your account. Nothing it says changes your scorecards, your team, or your billing. And as the composer reminds you, it can make mistakes, double check anything that would change what you actually do on a call.
