Integrations and webhooks
Calendar sync, outbound webhooks, and what's on the roadmap but not built yet.
The Integrations tab under Knowledge covers everything SalesCoach connects to outside itself.
Calendar
Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar can sync so calls scheduled with a lead show up alongside your SalesCoach activity. Connecting a calendar has to be done from the mobile app today, once connected there it syncs to web too, where you can see its status and disconnect it. This is one of the few places mobile and web genuinely differ, see What is SalesCoach for the general pattern.
Webhooks
Add an HTTPS endpoint and pick which events you want, and SalesCoach sends a signed POST whenever one happens. The signing secret is shown once when you create the endpoint, save it then, it's used to verify the X-SalesCoach-Signature header on everything you receive. You can send a test event to a saved endpoint any time to confirm it's working, and remove an endpoint whenever you no longer need it.
Zapier
SalesCoach can push finished calls into Zapier as an outbound webhook target, letting you route call data into whatever the rest of your stack already runs on, without a custom integration.
On the roadmap, not built yet
Fathom, Zoom and Fireflies auto-import (recordings and transcripts pulled in automatically) and a Slack integration (posting scorecards and streaks to a channel) are listed as coming soon. There's no backend for any of them today, the Integrations page lets you ask to be notified rather than pretending they already work.
