What data it can see
The coach reads your own performance data through a fixed, read-only set of tools. Here's exactly what those tools are.
The AI sales manager isn't answering from general sales knowledge alone, it's grounded by giving it read-only tools over your own account data. When it needs something, it calls one of these, and you'll see a short label while it does:
| Tool | What it reads |
|---|---|
| Checking your stats | your overall performance numbers |
| Reviewing your skill scores | your five-skill breakdown (Discovery, Pitch, Objections, Closing, Rapport) |
| Reading your recent calls | a list of your recent calls |
| Pulling up that call | the full detail of one specific call, including its scorecard |
| Looking at what you sell | your business context, products and objections |
That's the full set. Every one of them is scoped to your own account, there's no tool that reads another rep's calls, another team's data, or anything outside what you could already see yourself in Calls, Performance or Context.
Only your account
On a team, the coach still only reads the signed-in rep's own data. A manager asking the coach a question gets answers about their own calls, not their team's, that's what the Team roster and leaderboard are for.
Data handling
What you send the coach, and what it reads on your behalf, is processed by third-party AI providers to generate the response. You can see the full breakdown of what's shared and why on the AI consent screen shown at signup, and you can delete your account and everything in it at any time, see Deleting your account.
