Creating a buyer

Build a custom AI buyer with the exact personality, market and voice you want to practice against.

From Roleplay, choose New buyer to build a custom persona instead of using one from your generated cast.

What you set

  • Name and age (18 to 90).
  • Gender, which also narrows the voice list to a matching cast.
  • Personality: Skeptical, Price-sensitive, Impatient, Analytical, Friendly or Guarded.
  • Buyer type, an optional short label like "Budget-conscious buyer."
  • Nationality, picked from a list of markets (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Romania, India, Mexico), which shapes the buyer's voice and manner.
  • Voice, a curated set of options per gender.

After you save

You're taken straight to the new buyer's profile. They start with no scenario, you can still call them directly, or add a scenario to give the call a specific objective to test. Custom buyers show up in the Buyers tab alongside your generated cast, and in Context under Buyers.

Why build a custom one

The generated cast covers your default products and objections well. A custom buyer is for practicing a specific situation your generated cast doesn't cover, a particular objection you keep hearing, or a persona that matches a real account you're about to call.
