Squads

Group your roster into smaller squads, each with its own training focus.

Squads let a team owner split the roster into smaller groups rather than managing everyone as one flat list.

For owners

Create a squad, give it a name, and assign members to it from the roster or from the squad itself. A squad can carry its own training focus, a short description of what that group is working on. Editing a squad's roster or focus is available any time from the Squads view.

For members

If you're not an owner, Squads shows only your own squad, its name, its member count and its training focus, a read-only view. If you haven't been placed in a squad yet, you'll see a note to check with your team owner rather than an empty screen.

Why bother with squads

Once you have more than a handful of reps, one shared leaderboard and one shared training path stops being precise enough. Squads let a manager target a specific group, new hires drilling fundamentals while a senior squad works a harder training path, without splitting them into separate teams.

See Leaderboard for how squad standing shows up alongside team and global rankings.
