Transcripts
Every graded call keeps its full transcript, laid out as a chat log, right next to the scorecard.
Open a call and switch to the Transcript tab to read the whole conversation, your side and the buyer's side, in order.
What it looks like
The transcript reads like a chat log: your lines on the right, the buyer's lines on the left and labelled Buyer. It's the same transcript the grading model read to produce the scorecard, so if a move score or a missed objective surprises you, the transcript is where to check why.
Real meetings
Real recorded calls (ridealongs) captured from the mobile app carry their own transcript, key insights, action items and next steps, viewable from the same Calls list on web.
Why it matters for practice
Reading back a transcript after a rough scorecard is often more useful than the grade itself, you can see exactly where you talked past an objection instead of isolating it, or where a good opening didn't get followed up. Pair it with the coach note on the scorecard, the note tells you the one thing to fix, the transcript shows you the moment it happened.
